Star & Strive a.k.a. Fürst Bückler

Star was an approved stallion at the National Stud from East Germany. He finished the stallion performance test with sufficient scores. We found him very attractive; the way he moved and jumped looked to us perfect for the hunter ring in America.

He got his mileage all the way up to “Champion” ribbons with Dee in tack. He found his new home in Canada, where he won numerous classes in the “Junior Hunters”. At the international horse show in Toronto in 2008 and 2009 they were in the ribbons in close to every class they showed in.
His sire Friedensfürst competed up to the FEI level dressage with multi Olympic gold medallist Nicole Uphoff / Germany. His dam line brings the positive genetics from the jumper ring into Star’s pedigree.
